Tours start and end at different locations. All tours end at the bars along W. 6th Street. Please plan appropriately for transportation and do not bring more alcohol than you think you will drink on the PubCrawler.
Please arrive at 1607 W. 6th Street 30 minutes prior to your tour time. This time is needed to complete the liability waiver, load your alcohol and review safety guidelines with your driver. All tours leave promptly at the scheduled tour time.
Yes and No. The PubCrawlers are equipped with electric pedal assists that kick in when you are pedaling.
Each PubCrawler can accommodate 15 passengers. There are 5 pedaling seats on each side and one non-pedaling seat over each rear wheel. There is also a bench in the back that seats three people. For larger groups, we suggest the following options: (1) Reserve two or more private party bikes. (2) Reserve one private party bike for 15 and purchase additional seats on a Public Tour. (3) Split your group in half and purchase seats for everyone on two Public Tours. In all instances, the bikes will remain together. Please note that larger groups requiring the use of more than one bike, in any way, are subject to a 20% prepaid driver gratuity. Please contact us for assistance.
Private tours are great for groups of 5 or more that prefer to have the PubCrawler to themselves. Public tours are great for groups of 6 or fewer or those that just want to join in with another group.
A minimum of 5 people are required to operate the PubCrawler. If a tour does not meet the minimum, you will be contacted to reschedule or receive a refund.
There are several ways to pay for your tour. You can pay in full with a credit card, apple or google pay at the time of reservation; you can reserve with a deposit (the balance will be due 7 days prior to the tour) or you can reserve with split pay where you will be sent a link and payment amount that you can send to the others in your group.
As with any activity, there is risk involved, so passengers ride at their own risk. Every rider is required to complete and sign our liability waiver before the tour start. Yes, we offer bike helmets because it’s prudent. You don’t have to wear one – that’s totally up to you. But you do take responsibility for yourself regarding any and all injuries.
The driver. If you fail to comply with our code of conduct or you act in a dangerous manner, you’ll be removed from the tour.
We run rain or shine - hot or cold; however, if severe weather becomes a factor, we will contact you to cancel or reschedule. Please plan and dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions. We recommend you bring plenty of water to stay hydrated as this is an outdoor activity.
If for some reason you really need to cancel (we can’t imagine why!), the renter will receive a credit toward a future tour or a full refund as long as the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made within the week of the tour will not receive a refund or a reschedule credit unless we are able to rebook your tour time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund or credit and renters will be responsible for the full cost of the tour.
